Urgent requirement: commercial painter (Virginia)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a commercial painter in City of Virginia Beach, Virginia. The job is at a property maintenance company. Day-to-day duties: • Work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Mix and tint paint to match colour swatches • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer Requirements: • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
