Vacancy available: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Franklin County, Texas. Day-to-day duties: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Full-time with occasional weekends.
