The role involves set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns $30 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
