Powder coating line operator • Marion County, Iowa

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Marion County, Iowa. The job is in a busy paint shop. Day to day you will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process 5+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
