Urgent requirement: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Henry County, Ohio. The job is at a precision engineering workshop. You should have: • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings The role involves run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator.
