Now hiring: we are hiring a lathe operator in Sabine County, Texas. Requirements: • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges Day to day you will report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter; segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
