Immediate opening: we are hiring an insulation worker in Southeast Fairbanks Census Area, Alaska. The role involves carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application. Requirements: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding 6+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
