Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Jackson County, Kansas. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Your main tasks: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow Pay around $4,000 per month, based on your experience.
