Ideal candidate: • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement Day-to-day duties: • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray Pay around ₦90,000 per month, based on your experience.
