Lift mechanic wanted in Ohio County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a lift mechanic in Ohio County, Kentucky. You will work on a high-rise construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy What we are looking for: • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
