Vacancy available: site safety steward (Mississippi)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a site safety steward in Neshoba County, Mississippi. You will be based at a busy construction site. The role involves: • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors What we are looking for: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
