Vacancy available: we are hiring a presser in Kalkaska County, Michigan. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment Day to day you will hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; give each garment a final press before packing; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
