Argon welder — Wood County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an argon welder in Wood County, Ohio. Day-to-day duties: • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing Requirements: • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
