Horticulturist wanted in West Carroll Parish

Great opportunity: we are hiring a horticulturist in West Carroll Parish, Louisiana. Day to day you will dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds; apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds; lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn; operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters; sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades; repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings. You should have: • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish • Valid driving licence for travel between sites At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
