Captain waiter wanted in Henderson County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a captain waiter in Henderson County, Kentucky. You will be based in a five-star hotel. On the job you will handle: • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad What we are looking for: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Pay around $4,400 per month, based on your experience.
