Vacancy available: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in East Carroll Parish, Louisiana. Requirements: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm Day to day you will write and edit G-code programs at the control; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances. $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
