Immediate opening: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Potter County, South Dakota. The role involves monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Basic cake decorating and piping skills 1+ years on the tools preferred.
