Join our team: we are hiring a safety marshal in Houston County, Tennessee. The job is at a busy construction site. The role involves audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date. You should have: • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
