Site carpenter • Del Norte County, California

We are recruiting: we are hiring a site carpenter in Del Norte County, California. You will work at a shopfitting company. Day to day you will cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage Full-time, day shift.
