Glazier wanted in Sarasota County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a glazier in Sarasota County, Florida. You will be based at a glass and aluminium factory. Day-to-day duties: • Fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames • Install mirrors, shower screens and glass balustrades • Grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris • Handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame • Read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts • Measure window and door openings and order glass to size You should have: • Confident handling and lifting heavy glass panes • Skilled with silicone guns, putty and glazing tools Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $22 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
