Vacancy available: we are hiring a glazing fabricator in City of Leicester, England. Requirements: • Familiar with ACP cladding and structural glazing • Able to read shop drawings and work to given sizes Your main tasks: • Check frames for plumb, level and square before fixing • Assemble window and door frames from extruded sections • Drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws • Read fabrication drawings and take site measurements for windows and doors • Erect curtain walling, shopfronts and partitions on site • Fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels 4+ years on the tools preferred.
