MIG welder • Ukum, Benue State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a MIG welder in Ukum, Benue State. You will work at a steel fabrication workshop. Your main tasks: • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness You should have: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety Full-time with occasional weekends.
