Rebar fixer wanted in Catron County

Now hiring: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Catron County, New Mexico. You will work at a precast concrete yard. You should have: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) On a typical shift you will read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
