Vacancy available: dish pit attendant (Scotland)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Moray, Scotland. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates The role involves sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading. We offer £2,200 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Share your details and we will call you back.
