Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Alleghany County, North Carolina. You will be based on an industrial coating line. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg You will pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Pay around $3,800 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
