Brick mason wanted in El Dorado County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a brick mason in El Dorado County, California. You will be based on a commercial construction site. On a typical shift you will buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge; installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays; forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge. You should have: • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets 2+ years on the tools preferred.
