Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Coffey County, Kansas. You will be based on an industrial coating line. Your main tasks: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Overtime paid at a premium rate.
