Great opportunity: we are hiring a grill cook in Gordon County, Georgia. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat The role involves: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service Full-time, day shift.
