Immediate opening: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Musselshell County, Montana. Requirements: • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances Day-to-day duties: • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. We offer $190 per day plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
