Vacancy available: we are hiring a line cook in Benton County, Tennessee. The job is in a hotel kitchen. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Day to day you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in.
