Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates The role involves: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
