Pipe tig welder — Umu-Nneochi

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Umu-Nneochi, Abia State. The job is in a pipe-spool fabrication yard. The role involves: • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run Requirements: • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
