Delivery driver wanted in City of Emporia

We are recruiting: we are hiring a delivery driver in City of Emporia, Virginia. Ideal candidate: • Able to read maps and use GPS navigation • Valid Class B / LMV driving licence • Good knowledge of city roads, routes and shortcuts Your main tasks: • Plan the delivery route using GPS and live traffic updates • Drive within speed limits and follow all road safety rules • Check tyre pressure and report worn or damaged tyres • Handle cash on delivery and reconcile the day's collections • Report accidents, breakdowns and vehicle damage to the supervisor At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
