Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Grady County, Oklahoma. What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Day-to-day duties: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
