Steel fixing chargehand wanted in Blair County

Now hiring: we are hiring a steel fixing chargehand in Blair County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at a rebar fabrication workshop. The role involves: • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
