Vacancy available: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at a busy fabrication workshop. On a typical shift you will back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $4,700 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
