Immediate opening: we are hiring a grill cook in Wyoming County, West Virginia. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen The role involves chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in.
