Vacancy available: we are hiring a cook in Geidam, Yobe State. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Your main tasks: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift We offer ₦175,000 per month plus benefits.
