Immediate opening: refrigeration and AC mechanic (Illinois)

Now hiring: we are hiring a refrigeration and AC mechanic in Stark County, Illinois. The role involves: • Clean condenser and evaporator coils • Read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges • Charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight • Wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays • Service split AC units and VRF systems • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter What we are looking for: • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders • Valid driving licence for field call-outs Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
