UPVC welding machine operator — Ika North East

Great opportunity: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in Ika North East, Delta State. You should have: • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely The role involves: • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square • Fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
