Vacancy available: we are hiring a dumper truck operator in Dorset, England. You will work at a stone quarry. On a typical shift you will carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels; check for underground cables and services before digging; keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines; keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination 1+ years on the tools preferred.
