Join our team: we are hiring a halal butcher in Lake County, Colorado. The job is at a halal meat counter. You will vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Pay around $2,800 per month, based on your experience. Full-time, day shift.
