Refrigeration and AC mechanic • Lafayette County, Florida

Immediate opening: we are hiring a refrigeration and AC mechanic in Lafayette County, Florida. The role involves: • Trace electrical circuits with a multimeter • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil • Service split AC units and VRF systems • Clean condenser and evaporator coils Ideal candidate: • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer $17 per hour plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
