The role involves report maintenance faults — leaking taps, blown bulbs, faulty AC — to engineering; deep-clean rooms on checkout and prep them for the next guest; clean and disinfect bathrooms — toilets, basins, showers, mirrors and tiles; vacuum carpets, mop hard floors and dust every surface in the room.
