Great opportunity: we are hiring a waitress in Ontario County, New York. Day-to-day duties: • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad Requirements: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness 1+ years on the tools preferred.
