Aluminium section fitter • Cullman County, Alabama

Vacancy available: we are hiring an aluminium section fitter in Cullman County, Alabama. You will be based in a glazing and curtain wall company. You will drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws; load and offload fabricated units without scratching the finish; fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels; crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine; apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames; fabricate and fit aluminium composite panel (ACP) cladding. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding and ladders • Able to read shop drawings and work to given sizes • Accurate to the millimetre on cuts and mitre joints 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
