Immediate opening: we are hiring a cook in Newton County, Arkansas. The role involves plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare the mise en place before each service; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
