Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat cutter in Ika North East, Delta State. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Ideal candidate: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Day to day you will monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
