You should have: • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement Day to day you will measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection.
