Bakery assistant wanted in Gaston County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Gaston County, North Carolina. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Day-to-day duties: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials Pay around $3,200 per month, based on your experience.
